A New Mexico native and Texas Tech University graduate, Executive Chef Christopher Doporto has been part of the Pecan Grill story since 2009. After building his culinary career across New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas, he returned to Lubbock in 2024 to lead the kitchen where it all began. Today, his passion for regional flavors, genuine hospitality, and thoughtfully prepared cuisine continues to shape every dining experience at Pecan Grill.
