Yes, we are a dog-friendly hotel. We allow up to two dogs (75 lbs or less) per room. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per stay. Service animals are exempt from this fee.
Breakfast is generally not included unless you have booked a specific "Bed & Breakfast" package. However, the Pecan Grill serves a full breakfast buffet and a la carte options daily for an additional charge (approx. $14–$18 per person).

The Overton features over 20,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, including the 11,250-square-foot Sunset Ballroom.
Our largest space, the Sunset Ballroom, can accommodate up to 1,000 guests for a reception or approximately 600 guests for a seated banquet dinner.
Yes. All food and beverage must be handled by our award-winning culinary team. We also offer full-service, state-of-the-art A/V equipment and on-site technical support for all meetings and events.
Absolutely. Many of our spaces, including the Horizon Ballroom, are designed with air-walls that allow us to divide the rooms into smaller configurations for breakout sessions or intimate gatherings.
