- Guarantee: Credit card guarantee required at booking.
- Cancellation: Must cancel 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid penalty.
- Parking: Self-parking $10/day; Valet $25/day.
- Check-Out: Late check-out after 1 PM incurs a half-day charge; after 4 PM incurs a full-day charge.
- Taxes & Fees: Subject to 15% Occupancy Tax, 2.25% credit/debit card convenience fee, and a $4.93+tax/night State Cost Recovery Fee.
- Pet Policy: Dogs only (max 2, up to 75 lbs). $75 fee for 1–6 nights; $150 fee for 7+ nights. Dogs must be leashed and attended.
